Terms of Use

These are the terms for using muhammedshibli.com, the personal site of Muhammed Shibli. By reading past this sentence, you're agreeing to them — standard for any site, and nothing here is unusual or one-sided.

What this site is

A personal portfolio and blog. It is not a product, not a SaaS with an account system, and doesn't process payments. Case studies describe real projects I've built; articles are my own opinions and technical guides, written from my own experience.

Content and accuracy

Articles reflect my understanding at the time of writing. Software, pricing, App Store and Play Store policies, and API behavior change — I date every article and try to keep the important ones updated, but I can't guarantee every line stays accurate forever. Don't treat anything here as legal, financial, or tax advice; where an article touches those areas (crypto payments, freelance income) it says so explicitly and points you toward a professional.

Cost figures, timelines, and technical claims are given honestly and in good faith, based on real project experience — but every project is different, and an actual quote for your project supersedes anything written on a blog post.

Using this site's content

You're welcome to read, share, and link to anything on this site. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine and appreciated. Republishing whole articles under someone else's name, or scraping the site to republish content in bulk, is not — it's my writing, based on my real work, and it stays mine.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. I do my best to keep it fast, accessible, and accurate, but I make no guarantee it's free of errors or uninterrupted availability. Use of any information here is at your own judgment.

Third-party services and ads

The site may in the future display advertising (see the Privacy Policy for details) through networks like Google AdSense. Ads, when present, are served by the third-party network under its own terms — I don't control which specific ad appears, and displaying one isn't an endorsement of the advertiser.

Working with me or Telezoid

Nothing on this site is itself a contract. If you hire me directly or engage Telezoid for a project, the actual scope, price, and terms are whatever we agree to in writing for that specific engagement — a quote, an invoice, or a signed agreement — not anything implied by this website.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site changes (most likely when advertising or analytics are added). The date below tracks the last update.
