Full Stack Development
Muhammed Shibli is a full stack developer who builds complete products: mobile apps, web frontends, REST APIs, and Firebase or Node.js backends, deployed on infrastructure clients own.
One developer, the whole product
Founders and small businesses usually don't need a team — they need one person who can ship the app, the backend behind it, and the admin panel that runs the business, without three handoffs in between. That's the service: I take a product from idea to running software, and everything deploys on infrastructure you own.
Backends
Firebase Cloud Functions when managed infrastructure is the right call; Node.js when the logic needs a real server; PHP and MySQL when that's what your existing system speaks. REST APIs designed to be consumed by the app I'm also building — which means no contract mismatches and no waiting on "the backend guy."
Web and admin
Next.js and React for web frontends and the admin dashboards every real product needs: order management, content control, user moderation, payouts. In my live streaming projects, the agency and host-earnings dashboards were as important as the app itself — the business ran on them.
Deployment you own
I deploy to Linux VPS servers under your account, or Firebase Hosting where it fits. You hold the keys: server access, DNS, databases, API credentials. If we ever part ways, your product keeps running and the next developer gets documentation, not a hostage negotiation.
Integrations
Payments (Razorpay, UPI flows), maps and logistics (Google Maps, Distance Matrix), realtime media (Agora), push (FCM), Telegram and WhatsApp APIs, AI APIs like Gemini. If your product is the glue between services, I've probably glued those services before — see the Telegram AI sales bot or the ID Rooms booking platform for what that looks like in production.
Frequently asked questions
Can one developer really build my whole product?
For most early-stage products, yes — and it's often faster, because there's no coordination overhead between a mobile team, a backend team, and a DevOps person. I've owned complete project lifecycles as a freelancer: app, backend, admin panel, deployment, store release. The honest limit: once you have serious scale or a large team, you'll want specialists. I'll tell you when you're approaching that point.
Firebase or a custom backend — how do you decide?
Firebase when you want speed and managed infrastructure: auth, realtime data, push, and file storage work out of the box, and costs are near zero at small scale. A custom Node.js backend with MySQL when you need complex queries, third-party integrations that must run server-side, or predictable costs at volume. Many of my projects use both — Firebase for auth and push, a custom API for the business logic.
Do you work with existing codebases?
Yes. Taking over half-finished or legacy projects is common work for me: I audit what exists, fix what's dangerous first, then extend. You get an honest read of the codebase before any rewrite talk — most projects need surgery, not demolition.
Have a product in mind?
Describe it in three sentences. I'll reply with the architecture I'd use, what it costs, and how long it takes.
